If you need urgent medical advice between 8am   and 6.30 pm, please phone the surgery on  01902 783103. Please be prepared to give some information to the receptionist. If the surgery is not open the telephone answering message will explain which number to phone for urgent medical advice.

Out of Hours Service

If you need to see a doctor urgently between 6.30pm and 8am Monday to Friday or at anytime over a weekend or a Bank Holiday when the surgery is closed please telephone 111 and your telephone call will be directed to the out of hours service.

The out-of-hours service includes immediate advice, immediate appointments at a local NHS Walk In Centre  or the local Urgent Care Centre (please see information below) or a doctor may visit you at home when it is necessary.

The Phoenix Centre is open between 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

The Walk In Centre, based at Parkfield Road, Wolverhampton, offers on-the-spot treatment (without an appointment) and advice for minor health problems, illness, ailments and injuries. You are able to ‘walk in’ during the centre’s opening hours.
