The practice does not discriminate on race, sex, religion, age health or disability. 

Patients Rights

  • Patients have a right to be treated politely and with respect and honesty.
  • They may speak to staff in private on request.
  • They have a right to access their own clinical records and information we hold about them.
  • Patients with urgent problems will be attended to as soon as possible.

Patients Responsibilities

  • To treat staff politely and behave reasonably to all.
  • To be punctual and to inform us as soon as possible if an appointment will not  be kept.
  • To inform us promptly of you change your address or phone number.
  • To be patient if appointments run late because consultations vary as to the time needed to address problems properly.
  • Violent or abusive patients may be removed from the practice list.
